Completed in late 2021, The Boyle County Performing Arts Center is a new theatre and concert hall with a 500 seat capacity and lobby that also serves as an art gallery. The venue is equipped with a 55' high fly loft, state-of-the-art LED lighting and sound equipment, a rear projector and screen, a concert grand piano, choral risers, and orchestra shells. There is also an orchestra pit that can be adjusted to stage height, floor level, or below audience level to serve as a proper pit. The space was designed to be multi-purpose and can serve as a lecture hall, theatre for musicals and plays, a dance stage, and an event space for community events and scholarship organizations. The BCPAC also contains 2 large dressing rooms, a rehearsal room with audio equipment, and a dance studio. It is designed with generous space for handicap seating and uninhibited access to both the house and stage.
