New Student Registration

You can register new students at Junction City Elementary School on Monday, July 31st between 8:30 and 3:30.  In addition to that date, our school office will open for the 2017-18 school year on Monday, August 7th.  You can stop in any day after that between the hours previously listed.  

In order to register new students, parents/guardians need the following forms:

  • birth certificate
  • Social Security card
  • immunization record
  • two proofs of residence

Kindergarten students also need the following:

  • a copy of a recent physical exam
  • a copy of a recent dental exam
  • a copy of a recent eye exam
